About me
Meet April at Oaknest.
I live and breathe real estate. My kids know that if I ever have a car accident, it’ll probably be because a house caught my eye! I’ve loved property for as long as I can remember—I used to draw floor plans for fun, and I still lose track of time browsing decor ideas, renovations, and property listings.
My career has taken me through property management, strata, and administration, and I’ve had the chance to manage everything from outback properties to city living, having spent parts of my life in Roxby Downs and Port Hedland. Here at Oaknest, I’m focused on policy development, working closely with Marissa to make sure our team stays on top of the latest legislation and smoothly implements new procedures.
I’m also a dedicated footy fan and proud volunteer at Broadview Football Club, staying involved in the local community I love. But my biggest joy comes from spending time with my husband, kids, and close friends. I feel so grateful to bring my passion and experience to Oaknest, helping others find homes they’ll love just as much as I love real estate.
