Hi, I’m Marissa, founder of Oaknest Property and a dedicated advocate for landlords. With over 26 years in property management and sales, I’m here to make owning and investing in real estate as rewarding—and seamless—as possible. At Oaknest, I work closely with property owners to protect and enhance their investments, offering a service level that goes beyond just the numbers.

Here’s something unique about me: I feel houses. Every home has its own vibe, and I love uncovering the beauty and potential in each one, from cozy old charmers to sleek new builds. This connection fuels my commitment to helping you bring out the best in your property.

With a hands-on approach that’s personal, reliable, and backed by expertise, I take care of everything—from fostering great tenant relationships to transitioning seamlessly into sales when the time is right. And when I’m not immersed in property, you’ll find me at the gym, stopping by my favorite café for a morning coffee, hiking Mt. Lofty, or relaxing at home with my family and two dogs, Molly and Barney.
